Defence & Security

CIN-ergy Defence is a market leader with extensive and proven experience in Near to Eye display solutions for the military industry. We design and manufacture high-end electronic optics in a wide range of Virtual and Augmented Reality applications. CIN-ergy Defence provides full-service, including tracking integration, customization and system implementation. Our relatively low-cost and lightweight products include Head Mounted products, Infantry and Marine Wearable solutions and Hand Held devices.

ARCTIC – Handheld AR Viewer

The Hand Held ARCTIC is a ruggedized MIL spec C4I viewer designed for our partner Cinoptics. The device is created to support military operations in the field. The display has proven reliability in weapon-fire shock environments. ARCTIC provides an efficient, rapid exchange of information via camera and Augmented Reality. The robust and durable design can be used under all kinds of conditions. Extra features included are: GPS, USB interface, a compass and programmable keys which allow the user to assign various functions to the device.

ARGON – Virtual Binocular

ARGON is a Simulated Virtual Binocular for professional Virtual Reality applications. This device has been developed for our partner Cinoptics. ARGON handles variable inputs in a fast and convenient way. Its high quality optics and high resolution makes it the ideal tool for research and training. The strong and durable design allows seamless integration of various precision trackers and customization.
In 2016, our Simulated Virtual Binoculars were succesfully integrated at the Advanced Stinger Training Center, at Luitenant-Generaal Bestkazerne (former Airbase ‘The Peel’) in the Netherlands. For a clear example of our capabilities, watch the video here.

CIN-ergy Medical creates practical solutions for Healthcare Specialists and Medical Researchers. For several years CIN-ergy Medical has been collaborating with various Technical Universities and Academic Hospitals on the development of Medical products. We also participate in research projects where Virtual or Augmented Reality can be useful and offer innovative solutions to clinical settings that want to increase efficiency.

IRIS – Virtual Microscope

CIN-ergy’s full colour IRIS Virtual Microscope provides imaging for medical simulations and training applications. Built around the highest quality optics in the industry and most reliable electronics, CIN-ergy provide the optimal solution to simulate scientific instrumentation and form the basis for many similar simulators. I-Med – Wearable HMD

CIN-ergy’s Full HD HMD will be the world’s first digital surgical loupe. This device has been developed for one of our partners; I-MED Technologies. It consists of two camera’s, 2 micro displays and a bright LED in one design. This configuration allows you to incorporate important, useful information into the glasses. That makes it a unique and practical surgical tool, tailored to your specialism. Some of the key features include a full HD stereoscopic non-compressed digital imaging chain (Camera & Display), a lightweight system of less than 250 gram, Adjustable zoom, 3D recording (evaluation, education, filing) and so on. Smart-Eye – Wearable HMD

CIN-ergy developed the Smart-Eye Wearable HMD under a project funded by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency in co-operation with the Dutch Law Enforcement Agency (het CCV). The Smart-Eye is the first robust operational headset that can actually be used in the field. It offers the highest quality micro-display (1920×1080), widest field of view (~40 degrees), built-in camera (for situational awareness) and a lightweight design. The complete design is encased in a lightweight aluminium shell making it durable for the most demanding situations.
